Functional Fitness

9am - Monday & Wednesday

This is a specialised fitness class, aimed at improving everyday functionality and health including the following: muscular strength and endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility and balance and coordination.

 

* Classes may not be suitable for people with medical or mobility concerns. Please fill in a pre-screening form and consult with one of our EPs prior to attending.
